Here is the Week 3 sketch + inspiration challenge. Feel free to just use the sketch, just the inspiration challenge, or both!
To get you started, here is my sample card using the sketch and inspiration photo.
I used a little artistic license with the two smaller circle elements by adding some embossing paste polka dots. Loved the colours from the inspiration photo as well as the coffee theme so jumped all over that idea for my card. I used the Coffee Word Die and the Cuppa Joe Die Set for the coffee mug. A few coffee beans from the Coffee stamp set to ground the mug and I was done.
Here are a few cards from the gallery which caught my eye.
Love the emboss resist tag Diana created for the card using the flowers from Let It Be. The circle line and fabulous vellum sentiment panel using Poppy Birthday were a perfect accent to the tag.
Erin used the same Coffee Word die I did on her fabulous tag. Love the texture, fringed linen and the heart on her coffee mug.
This card by Miwa is such a lovely colour combination and I love how she used the flower images for the circle elements on the sketch.
