Here's my loose interpretation of the sketch.  
For some reason my panels just kept skewing, and I figured why fight it?  And my pennants turned into cut up snowflake medallions.  A girl's got to do what a girl's got to do right? {grin}

Here's my take on the sketch.  I've extended the free digital download for the Three Cheers set through July 4, so decided to use it to make a rustic thank you card.
