This week's sketch from Stacey is definitely my cup of tea!  Here's my take on it...

For this card, I actually found myself picking my papers first and letting them lead me to the stamps and embellishment choices. They guided me well, right to the One Cup stamp set and to some of my favorite Verve embellishments! Can you find them all?

There have been so many stunning cards already this month! Here's a few of the fantastic cards which were uploaded this week!

I really love the papers and softer colors in this card by Rosemary D.  The use of that awesome doilie with the distressed edges gives this card such a nice shabby feel!!

Check out the awesome color and paper combos that Julie S. used!  Don't you love that cute twine bow, it's perfect for the simple sentiment!

As far as details go, this card by Jen L. really rocks.  I love how she used embellished the flowers with that beautiful cornflower that contrasts so boldly with her royal blue mats!

Those pretty flowers from Button Best were just calling my name for this one.  I combined them with the Classy Label Die.  I'll be using this sketch again!

Heather used this week's sketch to add to her holiday card stash (great idea!).  I love the combination of patterns and the subtle embossing. 

I am crazy about this cheery Mother's Day card that Lesley shared. I love how she incorporated a fancy shaped tag on her card, and the embossing really adds some great texture.  

And how about this stunningly gorgeous wedding card that Kris created?  Oh so elegant!

And here is the card that I created using this week's sketch.

I just had to use the newly released Chocolate set again as it is just too much fun.  I have many chocolate lovers in my life and I can't wait to give this card to my daughter :)

I created a background on the artichoke panel by stamping the word chocolate in VersaMark - though it is hard to see in the picture - and used early espresso for the Chocolate Word Die - dark chocolate lovers unite!  A heart to reinforce the sentiment and I was good to go.

Here are a few fabulous creations that I noticed in the gallery this week!

First up is Rosemary's card using Small Packages.  A great neutral pallet with a subtle pop of colour.

Next is Lori's card using Better Together (such a fabulous set for masculine cards) and a great mix of papers.

My third selection was Lisa Lynn's cute panda bear card. Love how she used the branch as the horizontal element on the sketch.
