Here's my take on all those fun layers!

I knew I wanted to go nautical, so out came the always beautiful Adjusted Sails Plain Jane. I stamped on a Banner Bundle die cut and accented with the anchor die from the Nautical die set.

Nancy's lime green take on the new Happy Doodles set is just so fresh!

Here is my take on this week's sketch...and a special shout-out to our very own Julee Tilman!  Happy birthday, Julee...hugs and love to you, sweet lady!

I used one of the bold and fabulous sentiments from Be Blessed and the butterfly from Wings & Petals Die Set!

Maureen's fabulous display of patterned paper and elements always amazes me!  Don't you love the doodles surrounding that fabulous sentiment from Wonderful Marvelous?!

Look at the birthday girl, Julee's, gorgeous card!  Love the tone-on-tone stamped sentiment from Happy Place allowing the flower cut from Happy Doodles Die Set take center stage!

Below is Maureen's sketch for this week along with her inspiration photo.  You can use just the sketch, just the photo or combine them.  The choice is yours!

Here is my take on my fellow Canadian Diva's sketch.

 I did not use the inspiration sketch as I totally spaced out and forgot about it...can you tell my head was on training for my new part time job LOL!  But I did have great fun with this paper by Three Bugs in a Rug.  Used the circle die from the Scalloped Trim Trio die set, though most of it is covered up, and just had to use this fabulous, big, bold sentiment from Be Blessed.  Of course, where there are flowers, there has to be a Flutterby butterfly {grin}.  A touch of twine finished things off nicely.

 When I was looking for a photo, I made sure that there was a chalkboard in it somewhere {wink!}.  I found a few I could have easily used, but this one won out with the little Canadian flag in the background! I had to sneak the old maple leaf onto my card with an OLD SU stamp, hope you don't mind!

Here's my take on this wonderful challenge combination including a little bit of new Verve in the process.  I thought the beautiful new bird from the new Moments Remembered set was just perfect for his color combination so I had to use him!!

I just love the whimsical white ribbon and shiny sequins and butterfly accent that Lyn used on this card!

Creating my own backgrounds using stamps has always been scary for me, so I love what DJ has done with the Poppy Birthday stamps on this card!

I'm a total sucker for this last card as I just can't resist all those rhinestones, pearls, and sequins that Darlene added to this beautiful card!
